The Teacher role as mentor and guide—how it will work?
Each student taking E3 courses (in any teaching format) uses self-teaching, self-correcting, and self-pacing 'Small Steps Learning' and other methods to learn interactively. This way, teacher usually don't do actual teaching and don't do anything until student asks for a help or guidance. In other words, teacher will act as a mentor and guide and not a pusher of knowledge. If, now and then, any of his or her student needs help or support, student will ask for the help by mentioning the 'Step' number where he or she is having difficulty.
By acting as a guide, teacher can manage large number of students.
